  1. MBarClock Digital

  4. • MBarClock is another style of menu bar clock. It’s really simple and conflict-free.
  5.  
  6. • To use MBarClock you need the following:
  7.       - a Mac
  8.       - System 7.0 or later
  9.       - Color Quickdraw
  10.       - 60K of free memory
  11.  
  12. • To use MBarClock, just double-click it as exactly the same as you do to your applications.
  13.  
  14. • To display the date instead of the time, move the mouse pointer onto the clock and wait for 
  15.  a minute (not 60 seconds, just a minute...).
  16.  
  17. • MBarClock respects the date/time format that you set in the Date & Time control panel.
  18.  
  19. • If you change the date/time format, choose MBarClock from the application menu and choose
  20.   Update Date/time Format from Special menu to update MBarClock.
  21.  
  22. • To quit MBarClock, choose MBarClock from the application menu and then choose Quit from 
  23.   menu.

  25. • You can configure your MBarClock. Choose Preferences... from Special menu.
  26.  
  27. • You can configure the following parts of MBarClock:
  28.       - Icons
  29.            You can use either built-in or external icon file.
  30.            You can also choose icon file by drag-and-dropping it to MBarClock.
  31.  
  32.       - Frequency between updates of the clock
  33.            If you enter 0 (zero) to the field, MBarClock will update (draw) clock every moment,
  34.           but it takes too much of CPU time and may slow down other applications.
  35.            If you enter a big value to the field (e.g. 3600, 7200), MBarClock will take really small amount of
  36.           CPU time, but it may not draw clock every minute.
  37.            Default value is 120 (2 seconds). MBarClock takes about 0.8% of CPU time with this value.

  39.       - Location of clock
  40.            You can display the clock either leftmost or rightmost of the menubar.

  42. • To use MBarClock every time you use your Mac, put MBarClock into your Startup Items Folder in your System Folder.

  44. • See “MBarClock Icon File Format” file for icon file format.

  46. • MBarClock is completely FREE! Feel free to copy and use it, but NEVER sell it!
